Sure enough, though, at our group class the following week they were put right to work! You can barely see it on the edge of the ottoman during our Team Rhythm Dictation game:
I wrote different time signatures on alternating sides and the students took turns rolling the die to determine whether I should play a 3/4 or 4/4 rhythm pattern. That’s just one out of probably hundreds of possibilities for utilizing these dice in both private piano lessons and group piano classes. I’m excited to see how many different ways I can use this in the days ahead!
