World of Wonder Practice Incentive Theme Giveaway!

August 20, 2020 by natalie 18 Comments

Are you looking for some inspiration for your studio for the coming year? Something to ignite your students’ imagination and motivate them to work toward specific musical goals? Developing a yearly practice incentive theme is one of the best things we’ve ever done in our studio! This gives us a framework to work within from lesson to lesson and keeps the students engaged as they utilize tangible symbols to help visualize the progress they are making as pianists. After we finish our  theme each year, I giveaway a package with all of our studio wall decor and the complete practice incentive theme download with all the information you need to conduct a successful theme in your studio as well!

This year’s giveaway is of our newest practice incentive theme: World of Wonder. WORLD OF WONDER: a sightseeing adventure equips students to become proficient sightreaders through a systematic teaching approach and repetition. Along the way, students will visit some beautiful places around the world, collecting stamps in their passport as they learn new pieces from week to week. A few fun souvenir drawings will have them extra motivated to practice every day and eagerly share their music with others! The downloadable package (a $25 value!) includes: 168-page Assignment Book, including a full set of Major and minor scale fingering diagrams for handy reference; teacher instructions; trip posters; display pictures; custom passport stamp images for every trip, and more! In addition, the winner of the giveaway will receive all of the studio wall posters and the theme title and subtitle letters for the studio wall (a $40 value!). Just submit a comment below to be entered in the drawing to win. A winner will be selected using a random number generator at noon (CST) on Friday, August 28! Check out our Testimonials Page to read what other teachers have to say about the practice incentive themes that they’ve used.
