Want Free Piano Music Every Month?

July 27, 2018 by natalie Leave a Comment

Yes, please! I just discovered a fabulous new resource for piano teachers today! Carol Matz did a webinar with Chris Owenby this morning for the Practice Habits Membership Community (if you use my link, you can join for a 10% discount!). I only caught the last few minutes (thankfully it’s archived so that I can go back and view the whole thing!), but I was thoroughly inspired.

She has a website chock-full of resources for piano teachers, including a newsletter signup that offers one of her original compositions for free every month! I just signed up and received a link immediately to her late elementary piano solo, “Stormy Ocean,” plus access to the archive of all of her free sheet music. In her webinar on Pro Piano Skills (which will be in the Monthly Member Calls area of the Practice Habits website), she also included a code to download Level 3 of her Interactive Piano Method for free – an $18.95 value!

Anyway, I’m super excited about these new finds and am actually feeling energized to start planning for another year of piano teaching (after feeling a bit lazy and uninspired this summer!). Thought I would share in case anyone else is in the same boat and needs a little extra inspiration to get going again. 😉
