Conference Countdown!

March 18, 2011 by natalie Leave a Comment

In just one week, I’ll be heading north to join multitudes of music teachers for the Music Teachers National Association annual conference. I have to admit, the prospect of trekking to Milwaukee in March is not especially thrilling to me, but the fact that I’ll be able to spend five days with colleagues from across the country definitely makes up for it! I’ve been reviewing The Conference-Goer’s List of Essentials so that hopefully I won’t forget to take anything important! If you’re going to be attending the conference and want to meet up, send me an e-mail and I’ll fill you in on the plans. A number of us virtual music teaching friends are planning to get together on Monday night and we’d love to have you join us!

Also, if you’re not able to attend the conference in person, remember that I’ll be live-blogging the whole thing right here on Music Matters Blog! Providing that the internet connection is working well, you should be able to catch almost up-to-the-minute posts about all the happenings. Almost like being there in person. Almost. 🙂
