Beat the Pirates! Piano Practice Incentive Theme Now Available!

June 1, 2018 by natalie Leave a Comment

It’s been especially hard to hold out this long for the much-requested pirate-themed practice incentive, but I wanted to make sure it was fully tweaked and approved by my students before making it available for other studios. But as of today Beat the Pirates! is complete and ready for download and full implementation. If you’re looking for a way to capture your piano students’ imaginations, motivate them to work toward new musical goals, establish a more organized approach to teaching in your studio, and have a ton of fun, this may be just the thing!

Beat the Pirates! is more game-like than any of the other practice incentive themes with its multiple ways of collecting and using treasure tokens each week, including the possibility that you could be moved by another student, the treasure boxes might get switched, or you could run smack dab into a plundering pirate! Thanks to the recommendation and input of my students, this is one of our favorite practice incentive themes yet and is equally fun for all ages and levels. It can be easily incorporated with any methods or approaches you use in your studio, providing an extra measure of fun and motivation for students to practice consistently and go above and beyond in their musical studies.

In celebration of the launch of Beat the Pirates! and because it’s June and I love summer so much, I am offering a $10 off coupon code for any practice incentive theme in the store! Just use the code: SUMMER18 when you checkout from now through June 15, 2018.

If you need some specific input on the various themes we have available, check out the Testimonials page to hear from other teachers who have used the practice incentive themes and what they liked about each one. And, of course, feel free to email me with any additional questions!
