Perspectives on Distance Teaching

Even though I took the plunge into teaching piano lessons long distance (via Skype) 3 years ago, I still find it insightful to read others’ thoughts and perspectives on the topic.   1. Thank you for sharing this insightful article! I have a couple on-line students and find all points mentioned true. I also find that I spend more time verbally explaining concepts rather than demonstrating to the student. It has been a good learning experience for me.
