I agree that education starts at home and so as music education. However, on a personal note, it still pays to have formal schooling as the learner tends to meet other children to whom they can share, enjoy and explore themselves as well as their learning. True that education is a key to a brighter and better future and the learner has to be nurtured and developed in the best ways possible. Yet, the families of the students can always extend support, love and participation in many different ways. Maybe they can always be great and effective sources of inspiration and motivation for the student to excel and enjoy the learning process. Thanks for this post - very interesting and informative. See you around. Keep on posting great resources for music teachers .All the best!
