Then they redeem those tickets for a musical performance in the community. (We have a yearly ragtime piano show at a local theatre.) The trick is to appeal a certain amount to the competitive nature without actually pitting the students against each other or setting the incentive up so that only one student can be the winner. That's my two cents worth, anyway!
