		<description>Here in Australia the school year is divided into 4 terms of about 10 weeks each.  It is standard practice here to charge by the term, it would drive me crazy to chase up those fees every month!  I have never had any complaints about paying for 10 lessons in one hit.  Only my adult students pay per lesson, and that is due to their financial situation or I would charge them by the term too.</description>

And I agree with the win/win paragraph. The value added idea is not new to piano teachers, because we are always inventing new things, but honing our process so that it really is advantagous to both parties is crucial.</description>
