		<description>Thanks for the great blog.  Just wanted to suggest for people who don&#039;t have the tools/skills to cut wood, you could easily use jumbo cuisenaire rods to make these rhythm blocks.  For anyone not familiar with them, these are rods used as math manipulatives - the 1 rod (white) is 2cm x 2cm x 2cm, the 2 rod (red) is 2cm x 2cm x 4cm; the 4 rod (purple) is 2cm x 2cm x 8cm; and so forth.  They&#039;re sold on the ETA cuisenaire website.</description>
